ABOUT FESTIVAL
The Moscow Balloon Festival invites participants and visitors! For the 26th time, it will open its doors to everyone who loves the art of balloon design.
Once again, teams of balloon artists will compete in creating balloon sculptures, dresses, decorative arrangements, and small-scale designs.
Once again, newcomers will challenge experienced masters, with only a limited amount of time to complete their creations.
This year's theme is "My Favorite Toy."
Which games and toys will inspire the artists from their childhood memories? Which ideas will come to life as giant sculptures, and which will become wearable balloon costumes?
The answers will be revealed September 13–19.
Hundreds of thousands of balloons will fill the atriums of Riviera Shopping Mall, while thousands of visitors will admire the artists' spectacular creations and vote for their favorite exhibit.
The festival program includes:

A balloon fashion show featuring wearable balloon costumes

Can I visit the festival?
ANSWER:
Yes, you are welcome to visit and watch the balloon artists at work from September 14 to 18 as they create their competition entries. You can also enjoy the Balloon Costume Fashion Show on the evening of September 18.
The completed balloon sculptures will remain on display at Riviera Shopping Mall until September 20.
Admission to the shopping mall is free.
If you would like to participate in the Championship, please submit your application by August 15, 2026.

ANSWER:
You can join the Training Team, or you can apply to participate in one competition, or come as a volunteer.
